Hailing from Rome, Italy, Barbara Pollastrini took her first culinary steps into her mother’s kitchen. After culinary school, she moved to California where she began her career as a food stylist and private chef for Hollywood’s greats. She helped open LA restaurants as Executive Chef while competing on some of the most prestigious Food Network and Discovery Channel’s culinary shows and competitions. Da Barbara is the crowning of her dream, where her creativity comes to life and her warm Italian hospitality meets her artistry.
